Monthly
You can ask for a full refund within [7] days of your first payment if the app doesn’t work on your PC and we can’t fix it. Renewals can be cancelled any time; the current month stays active until it ends.
Lifetime
You can ask for a full refund within [14] days of purchase if the app doesn’t work on your PC and we can’t fix it.
When refunds don’t apply
- Trading results. Losses, or signals that didn’t win, are part of trading and not a fault of the software.
- Licenses revoked for sharing keys, chargebacks or breaking the Terms of Use.
- Requests after the periods above.
How to ask
Write to [contact email or Telegram] with your license key and order number. Refunds go back to the original payment method within [10] business days; the license is deactivated.
