2. The software and your license
The download is free. Using Pocket AutoPilot needs a license: a free 2-day trial (one per PC), a Monthly license or a Lifetime license. A license is personal and works on the number of PCs shown at purchase (normally one). You may move it to another PC by deactivating the old one.
You may not share, resell or publish license keys, or copy, decompile, reverse-engineer or modify the app, or try to get around the license check. We may suspend or revoke a license that breaks these terms; refunds then follow our Refund Policy.
3. Trial
The free trial gives every feature for 2 days on one PC. Starting it again on the same PC continues the same trial. Trials may be limited per internet connection.
4. Monthly and Lifetime
A Monthly license runs for 30 days from its first activation and can be renewed. A Lifetime license has no end date and includes updates for as long as Pocket AutoPilot is offered. “Lifetime” refers to the life of the product, not of a particular version or of your PC.
5. High risk — no financial advice
Trading binary options carries a high level of risk and you can lose all of the money you invest. Martingale increases the amount at risk after each loss. Pocket AutoPilot places orders that you configure, on your account, at your own risk. Signals, scanner results, win rates, backtests and demo results describe the past and do not predict or guarantee future results. Nothing in the app or on this site is financial, investment or legal advice. Only trade money you can afford to lose; test on a demo account first.
6. PocketOption
Pocket AutoPilot is independent software. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by PocketOption. You are responsible for following PocketOption’s own terms, including any rules on automated trading; PocketOption may restrict or close accounts at its discretion, and we are not responsible for its decisions, outages, prices, payouts or account actions.
7. Availability and updates
We work to keep the license and signal services running, but they may sometimes be unavailable. The app keeps working offline for up to 3 days between license checks. Updates may add, change or remove features.
8. Liability
Pocket AutoPilot is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for your license in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
9. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date below shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of [your country].
